In order to assess the feasibility of removing the wall(s), one of our engineers needs to go to the job site to collect framing data. This will include inspection of the framing members in the attic and foundation crawl space.

Our staff will run calculations, precisely reflecting the framing conditions that were found during the inspection.

Using the information gathered at the job site, our engineers will develop a set of structural plans and calculations to submit to the city in order to pull a building permit.
